Meet Us At: Woodbine Beach, 1561 Lake Shore Blvd East, Toronto, ON M4L 3W6

• • Please arrive 40 minutes prior to your scheduled ride for check-in, safety briefing, and operating instructions.

• • Upon arrival and parking, call us immediately at 647-513-3521 for our exact location on the beach.

• • Do not text or attempt to find us on your own. Late arrival will reduce your ride time.

• • Late arrivals will not be extended – this policy is firm.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

• • Minimum age to operate: 20 years old with a valid G2/G driver’s license (or equivalent from outside Ontario)

• • Passengers: No license required

• • All operators must be listed on the rental agreement

• • A free temporary boating licence will be provided if needed

• • English fluency is mandatory for safety briefings and operational instructions

Additional Charges (If Applicable)

Late Return Fees:

• • $39.99 every 15 minutes per jet ski if returned late

Equipment Replacement Fees:

• • PFD/Life Vest: $59.99

• • Safety Kit: $19.99

• • RF D.E.S.S Key: $67.99

• • Recovery Service (GTA): $499.99

• • Rock Ingestion: $500–$2000

• • Damaged Gauge Cluster: $1000

• • Rope Ingestion: $300–$1500

All additional charges are subject to 13% HST and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Damage/Security Deposit

• • A $1,000 deposit per jet ski is required at check-in (credit card, cash, or e-transfer)

• • Full inspection before and after the rental with ErnexSki Rentals staff

• • Deposit is refunded immediately if the vessel is returned without damage

• • Renters are fully responsible for all damages or equipment loss

• • A rental agreement, waiver, and liability release must be signed by all participants 18+

The deposit does not limit financial responsibility for severe damage or total loss.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Cancellations 48+ hours before: 50% refund

• • Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund

• • No-shows are charged in full

• • ErnexSki Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to:

• • Weather conditions

• • Safety risks

• • Policy violations

• • If eligible for a full refund, a 2.9% processing fee will be deducted by Stripe

• • All eGift Card sales are final and non-refundable

Weather Policy

• • Rentals may be postponed or canceled due to:

• • Wind speeds/gusts over 14 kph

• • Wave heights over 2 meters

• • Lightning or severe storms

• • Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for postponement or refund

If you’re Located In:

• • GTA (Toronto, Peel, Halton, Durham, York):

• • No refunds, but you may reschedule within 1 year

• • Outside the GTA / Out-of-Province / International:

• • 30% operational fee applies for weather-related refunds

Additional Policies

• • No alcohol or drug use is permitted during rental

• • Only individuals listed on the contract may operate the watercraft

• • Our watercraft cannot be used alongside rentals or private vessels from other sources

• • All renters must comply with speed limits and marine laws

• • Life vests must be worn at all times

• • Operators must stay alert and aware of surroundings, water depth, and weather

• • A mobile phone must be carried during rental for emergency use

• • Booking available by phone, email, or online
